Tattooing is an art form, but it is also a business and tattoos are done for the clients. I usually never turn people away, as long as they act like normal human beings. It rarely happens that a person can’t meet my minimalistic standards, but then I don’t work with that person anymore and that is it.
As far as age goes, anybody between 16 and 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian, I am very mindful of that.
I also always try to give good advice about the motif and the placement of the tattoo, but at the end, that is a client’s decision and a client has to live with that decision, not me.
I love to work with people who are open for communication and understand that my advice about design changes and placement is there to help them have a great tattoo. When I click with the client, and if we manage to form a good relationship during the process, the results are unforgettable in many ways.
As a tattoo artist I meet allot of people, some just pass through my studio, in some I get disappointed and some stay friends for life. I had a great luck in my life to meet allot of great people that today I call friends.

I think every tattoo artist would like to do only his/hers designs, but in reality your job is to make your client happy, I try as much and hard as i can to avoid doing 1-1 other peoples designs, i use clients references but i try to make it in a way that i think its also good, cause in the end its my name on the line. So what I´m tying to say is that in the end it is a client choice.
One design done by 4 different people the all 4 will be different in some way or another.. if you don´t trust your artist don´t sit in his chair...easy as that, for a good tattoo it must be a collaboration.. one time a guy asked me to convince him to make tattoo with me, to explain him why should he get a tattoo from me... and i told him that i´m not going to do that, that he should look at my work, my tattoos, drawings, designs and if he likes what i do he can come and we can make a tattoo together, i will do everything in my power and best to my abilities to make what he wants and nothing other than that i can´t promisse. That is how i work.
Don't you hate it when people can't recognize good advice when it's staring them in the face?
I understand that some people know what they want and the tattoo artist is there just to make their wish a reality, but personally I like it when artists give a tattoo their personal touch.
I'm not that big of a tattoo freak (I only have three relatively small tattoos), but each one I did I got by describing what I wanted and then letting the artist make his own interpretation of the picture I described. To me, that makes the tattoo more personal... and I haven't been disappointed so far
I love your approach to clients. I hope to accomplish something close to that when I finish my apprenticeship :) Your website was a revelation to me, thank you :*
No its ok when you message two weeks in front, we will make something so it works out. When you come such a long way i can even stay longer in the shop, so no worries we will make it :D

I do live in London at the moment but I was planing on visiting Germany this summer. For me it is worth it to travel to get a great tattoo and the one I wanted. It will be on my body forever :)
Usually the most difficult people are some that you never would expect... some most "normal" people turn out to be the hardest and most annoying :D
As for the music it depends on my mood and what i do... at the moment when its not some random stuff i switch depending on the mood with Crowbar, Life of Agony, Blood for blood or Gentleman Mtv unplugged..
i guess that sweet 16 encounters can be more stressfull then jail birds hahaha :D
anyhow, in that case whats in the headphones? You have special tracks or melody for different situations or..curiously enough, at school I used instrumentals, no lyrics.
Every job where you deal with people is difficult, esspecialy in tattooing where your client renge from a sweet sixteen yearold with her mom to the hard criminals with a serious jail-time behind them... so it's not always plesant. But with time you learn how to behave in most of tthe situations that come your way ..there's a time to put your charm on and a time to show your teet, but most of the time you can put the headphones in your ears and focus on the work, and no mather who you are people appreciate good work. Normaly there are no bigger problems. As for your question @LadySelene i only work in Augsburg Germany and Belgrade Serbia (and rarely in Nis Serbia). Maybe i will travel to other shops but i have no plans for that right now. Thank you all for commenting and discussing stuff like tihs, i appreciate it, its fun! :D
I would have flipped if I was trying to work and someone is rude!
On the other side, it is so cool that you are mindful of your clients age. I had my first tattoo when I was 14, but it was a present from my father and he went with me. I love that tattoo to bits! Never regretted it :)
did you ever declined to do someone just becouse that person is jerk or bully?
I have friend whose mental energy can stop even most focused person in its doing.
Im moslty calm and I find those needle poking pleasant ;)
